Eggs – one of the most economical, nutrient-rich foods to nourish your family – provided they are pastured. Pastured eggs are rich in vitamin D, omega 3 fatty acids, beta carotene, vitamin A, vitamin E, and both cholesterol and saturated fat – which are GOOD for you, despite 50-60 year old “science” was decades of research have been refuting. Butter is a Health Food – Good for the Heart & Healthy Weight

We’ve been eating butter for thousands of years, long before the heart disease epidemic that began in the 1920s and 1930s – and has risen to be today’s leading cause of death.

Despite them being staples in our diet for centuries, the cause was attributed to foods like meat, butter, and eggs. Over the past 50-60 years, we have been told to limit these foods. Grocery store shelves have increasingly been filled with low-fat, fat-free, and light “foods” – which have been filled with sugars, chemicals and additives to improve the taste after removing the fat. Aisle and after aisle is filled with chemical-laden, processed, sugar-filled (real and fake) substances.
