Margarine or Grass-fed Butter

Food4U’s core business is the production and packaging of margarines. Margarine is made up of 80 % oils and fats, mainly vegetable. The remaining part consists of water (15 – 19 %) and additives such as flavours, emulsifiers, colouring agents, vitamins A and D, salt and citric acid. The percentage of fats and oils in margarine is regulated by law, but the percentage of water and additives may differ according to recipe and customer. Naturally, other fat percentages are also possible. However, in that case the product will no longer be classified as margarine, but as low-fat margarine or spread.
